The Discovery call
Every transformation begins with clarity. The AMP Discovery Call is a 20–30 minute conversation designed to understand your goals, lifestyle, and the factors holding back your progress. Together, we’ll identify your key priorities and outline a personalized roadmap for training, nutrition, and habit optimization.
The Blueprint
Your personalized AMP Plan is delivered directly to the AMP Coaching App — complete with structured training, tailored nutrition, and habit integration built around your goals and lifestyle.

Each workout is designed for precision and progress, with video instruction and tracking inside your app. Nutrition and recovery are guided by real data, ensuring your metabolism resets while your strength and performance rise.

Execution & Support
This is where your transformation takes shape. Inside the AMP Coaching App, you’ll follow your structured training, track progress, and receive direct feedback on performance, nutrition, and recovery. Each week, we analyze your data and fine-tune your plan to keep you progressing efficiently and sustainably.

You’ll also connect through regular coaching calls — deep-dive sessions designed to review progress, adjust strategy, and keep you aligned with your goals. These conversations ensure you’re not just training — you’re evolving with precision, guided by real insight and accountability.
